Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in our workplace broadens thinking and stimulates innovation.

At Dril-Quip, we are committed to building a diverse, inclusive, engaged, and empowered workforce. Our DEI framework outlines our strategy on how we will build, grow, and sustain an inclusive work culture. This framework broadens our thinking, stimulates innovation, impacts how we act and what we do, and opens our minds to be more creative and collaborative.

A diverse workforce leads to different perspectives, directly influencing our ability to build better products and approach problems and challenges differently. It facilitates innovative problem solving and solutions for our customers while helping us to attract new customers and open doors to new markets.

Anything that sets one individual apart from another, including the full spectrum of demographic differences and the different ideas, backgrounds, and opinions people bring1.

Fair treatment for all while striving to identify and eliminate inequities and barriers1.

A cultural and environmental feeling of belonging and a sense of uniqueness. It represents the extent to which employees feel valued, respected, encouraged to participate fully, and able to be their authentic selves1.

Our DEI framework guides the organization in developing an inclusive culture at all levels. It defines our strategy and commitment to building a supportive and inclusive workplace by identifying measures of accountability across the entire organization. These responsibilities reflect how we will integrate these values into our business framework.
