Diversity Is More Than Quotas
At Dril-Quip, our DEI approach focuses on embedding diversity in our corporate culture—to attract top talent, drive higher retention and increase employee engagement. We design our policies and practices to support this approach through mutual respect, training, and other activities.
At every level, Dril-Quip employees participate in online and in-person training. This provides a deep understanding of our corporate values, DEI objectives, awareness and acceptance requirements, along with the tools for implementing these practices daily.
